Shipping Time

All items will be shipped out 1-2 business days after you order is received.  All orders received on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped First Class mail from Colorado in the United States.  Orders shipped within the United States will include a tracking number and should arrive in 3-7 business days.  Orders shipped outside of the United States will include a customs number and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within the United States for Stitch markers, row counters, shawl pins, and jewelry is a standard charge of $2 no matter how many you purchase.  For International orders, shipping is $3

Shipping for Recycled yarn is based on the actual weight of the skeins and varries depending on the yarns you have selected.

All purchases over $50 receive FREE SHIPPING regardless of the number or weight of the items.

International Shipments

Please note that shipments entering your country from the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees, and that it is the sole responsible of you, the buyer, to pay these fees.  We suggest you consult with your local Customs bureau or post office to find out the details of your country's importing rules. Rules will vary by country and the customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes or fees that may be associated with your shipment.

Mailing Addresses

Please make sure your mailing address in Paypal is current if you pay by Paypal. If it is not current, please notify us immediately so we can flag your order to ship to a different address. We do our best to double check the addresses with your account registration and your Paypal address but can't guarantee we'll catch all discrepancies.

Returns

We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees to or from the destination address. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us so please make sure to send it securely.

Breakage or Defects
